There is not an adequate backup system in place to help customers when the assigned GMC employee is taking a late lunch, a vacation day or out of their office temporarily. This results in customer frustration and more time to resolve issues or schedule the work on the vehicle.
The service worker handling the maintance on my truck just left the office to cater to another arrival. My truck was ready to go before he left the office, so I was left standing there for 20 minutes. That is when I had to go ask another service member if could take my truck that was ready. There was no reason for me to continue waiting since my truck maintance was complete.
Our sales person Debbie was very attentive and made sure our vehicle purchase was stress less. I would highly recommend Debbie for anyone’s vehicle purchase, if they want to be treated Great and with great customer service. We will definitely return for our next vehicle purchase.
The service advisor was very rude, disrespectful and discourteous. This aggressive approach happened over the phone when I was confirming some details before I arrived and continued afterward when I met his acquaintance. I did let him know after he spoke to me that he may not know, but his attitude towards me was very wrong and disrespectful. Later in his office, he did apologize for his behavior. Also, about an hour later, I was approached by another customer, who asked me about the behavior of the advisor. He stated he had a similar experience with the same advisor where he was aggressive and rude to him as well. I appreciated him letting me know this, for I really thought it was just me.
