I found a vehicle on the internet with a price that was right for my budget. I went into the dealership and the salesman was very courteous and respectful. Unfortunately the dealership made a mistake on the price, but the salesman helping us was being a advocate for us the customer and working on getting the price that was advertised. He was going to management, which was very receptive on honoring the price. After everything was said for we ending up in making a deal, thanks to the great salesman that was working with us. The vehicle was presented to us and upon inspection, the car had peeling tint, which the dealership charged a arm and a leg for, minor scratches on vehicle, and scuffed driver side interior door panel. So we had to leave the vehicle and had to drive back out the next day to get it. Picked up the vehicle the next day, still has some scratches, tint has some bubbles, "the said the tint needs some heat, ok?". So we will be making another trip back to the dealership. Kind of a inconvenience for us, being that this is a brand new car with 30 miles and we live pretty far away.
In the last visit i had a different service rep and when i asked for her this time they said it was not her it was someone else which it’s fine because he was great The lady i had last had an attitude just cause i asked her a question but i guess she doesn’t liked to be asked questions cause she dropped me as her customer
Went in for an oil change and got the usual free tire rotation and car wash all while using the $25 Christmas gift certificate. The service was friendly professional and expedient. Thank you Sterling McCall
