Even though I came in for an oil change, the experience was a good one. My car was ready before promised and I was on my way sooner than expected. The price was less expensive than at Firestone. Thank you.
I asked for a quote to extend my warranty while I was there. They said someone from finance would give me a call. Never happen. Two in a row after leaving I called ask for a quote. Same response. Never received a call from finance. Today I am still waiting for someone to call me. Poor customer service...not satisfied.
You make things so much more convenient for me. My daughter 18 and son 20 brings their own cars in for service and they tell me all the time, daddy they are very nice at Sterling McCall. I love it.....
Jonathan, Clay and Mr. Spooner were really sharp and professional. I feel I got a good deal on my new Sierra SLT. It was a pretty quick transaction. The showroom was a bit warm, but the customer lounge and financial office were nice and cool. I was hoping to deal with the Internet person,Ira, but apparently she is in a cloud somewhere.
People were very nice, and the place is very nice. However my car was driving well. The analysis said the car needed alignment and balance. We did it, since I was doing a long road trip across the country. Car has been having issues with stability ever since, which never had before.
My spouse made a morning appointment for an oil change and arrived at the appointed time. The dealership was not ready. She sat for an hour and a half before finding out that the car had not been begun being serviced. The service rep. explained that Saturdays are very busy, and they take as many customers as they can because many people can only come on Saturdays. That's certainly true, but it defeats the purpose of an appointment. We won't come back.
Our service manager Mr. Cordell White always makes everything alright. We had a tire and sensor issue that was taken care of in a timely manner and even got a car wash on a rainy day. This type of service makes going to the dealership a delight.
