I took my car in to have the first of two free oil changes (new car). I made an appointment...was told it might take 1 1/2 hours. I told them I had to wait for it. They had it ready in the time they told me. They even washed it for me. Pleasant experience!
My service advisor, Greg, did a great job. He's the main reason I'm going back on Monday to have four tires replaced. Thank you for washing my car when you got done, by the way. It's nice to come back to a clean and freshly vacuumed car.
Everyone was very friendly and professional. Brought it in - parts had to be. Ordered - somewhat obscure parts - airbag module. Returned it Monday of the next week. Didn't hear back . Had to call Thursday to check because needed it for the weekend. The person who had helped me was out sick. His voice mail was full and I had to make a few calls to get someone else who could help also had to call Friday to see if it was ready because no one called
The dealership corrected a cosmetic fault with my new (used) car -- total comped. I'm so happy they strive to do everything they can to make the car buying experience painless, even when there's a small hiccup like the one we experienced. I feel they treated me very fairly.
