I brought my 2015 Buick Enclave in for State Inspection. This is obviously a routine experience, but as always, I was treated courteously and respectfully, even in these times of Covid-19 social distancing. As a matter of fact, the dealership was properly set up to handle social distancing with partitions on the advisors' desks. The service advisors were all wearing masks and there were stations set up with hand sanitizers. It was explained to me that on a rotating basis, each area of the dealership was professionally sanitized. The experience was a very pleasant one in the midst of a very serious Pandemic. My Service Advisor was Kevan Tvrdy, and I was pleased with the effort he made to get my Inspection done in the least amount of time possible.

For the most part, I really enjoy my experiences @Sterling McCall. The service advisors are very knowledgeable, professional & try to offer the best solutions in trying to resolve my vehicle���s issues @ the best possible prices for my budget. The waiting area is roomy & comfortable & one of the reasons why I don���t mind waiting while my vehicle is being serviced. And the most important reason I have continued to use Sterling McCall for the past decade is that I trust them to service my vehicle & to do it right!

My suv was repaired to satisfaction and I Appreciated the loaner. Thank God for warranty purchased. Im very satisfied with Mr Greg and Mr Alvin, who made sure my needs were meet. Never in my driving history, did a dealership give me a full explanation of the past, showed parts needed on a diagram, then eplained how repairs would be done. Im very satisfied with GMC and the Staff on SW Freeway. Love you Guys������������

My guy is Marcus. I hadn't seen him in a while so it was good to see him. Considering the number of cars that were ahead of me, they worked really fast. I was on my way to work and my car wouldn't start. I called AAA to start the car. I called GMC for an appointment and they hooked me up right away for the same day. The staff adhered to social distancing and were wearing masks. I felt comfortable in the environment. I will be back as always.
