Amber was a really sweet person. I loved the fact that she was not aggressive at selling, it feels more like assisting you to find a good option. I feel she did an excellent job at supporting me in this process.
I have used Sterling McCall Buick GMC service from the time you opened at the present address. Always use your service for my 2007 silverada and my 2011 buick lacross. I am very comfortable with the friendly treatment given to me by your service writer, Gregg.
Service rep did a good job trying to keep the work moving but overall it took longer than it should have to complete. Technician who worked on my vehicle failed to leave some issues resolved requiring bringing my vehicle back for additional work.
1- When we dropped the car we told him the car is rough at start and shakes when driving in cold temperature. We asked to check the problem.. But when we came back to pick up the car and asked about the problem, he said you did not tell me that before and nothing was done or suggested to solve the problem.
(2018 GMC Denali 2500 HD Diesel) Waited 36 hours for a reset button to be reset, ( Fuel Filter) Vehicle was left over night, Called service rep to inform him that I was planning to pick up my truck, at noon repaired. They had not attended to it. By end of day it was repaired. This is my 4th service at this facility, it seems as if they do not check tire pressure. my pressure monitor shows low pressured after every service, this service included a tire rotation, the tire pressure was low on the rear, Now it showing low on the front.. I wonder why?
I waited when I got there I left my car there first thing in the morning when I come after work all I get was a receipt for what I paid for but never got any copies of what the results were of the $151 test I feel like my money was wasted and I was played by the guy who helped me I see why the people I was familiar with no longer work there I will be back to get my copies
