I called before coming to pick up my car, and I was told it was complete. When I got there I was told there was a part missing that would be in the next day. If I knew that before I came to pick it up that would have been no problem. I said i would take the car and bring it back some other time. Then I was told that the part had miraculously appeared, and could be installed if I would wait 45 minutes. Normally this would be only a modest inconvenience, but I was reluctant to sit in a waiting room for that time under current circumstances. I did so and the work was done and I have no complaints about that. There was no real apology or attempt to convince me that this was not normal operations. I never got any explanation of how the part appeared. The real error was in being given wrong information on the phone as to completion of the work. The tech did attempt to call me, but that was after I was already on my way.

Scheduling service was easy, they even made sure I was able to get to work on time by ordering an Uber to take me there, had a lil hiccup when picking up vehicle but they made sure to fix the problem while at the same time accommodating me with a loaner so that I wasn't going to be inconvenienced while I wait for the problem to be resolved.

Great customer service by Kevin but poor execution of service . I was told my tires would be rotated and this is the second time this service has not been performed and I have driven my vehicle under the impression this service was executed. In the long run I will suffer the cost of this lack of rotation which will present itself as negligence on my behalf when In reality I am putting my trust in the dealership to maintain the vehicle as promised in the service agreement when an oil change is purchased.

I was told that my oil change would take about an hour and a half. I got there a little after 9 am. I did not get my car back until a quarter to twelve. I sat there for over 3 1/2 hours. I chose not to ask for a ride home (if I could even get one!!) because of the short time--which turned out to be a whole morning.

The work is excellent as always and the personnel were professional. My only complaint is that I had an 8:30 appointment for an oil change and didn���t receive my car until almost 12. The checkout person was vague about why the delay happened. This service is usually done in one hour or less.

Firstly, when I called for my appointment a young lady named Nancy answered. She was so kind, so patient and so helpful I was very impressed. Then I met my new service advisor. There was instant rapport. He was very pleasant and most cooperative. I am along time customer and will continue. I love the car wash and vacuuming.

Everyone was so helpful, courteous and accommodating to the buyers. My experience from looking, purchasing and delivering my vehicle was excellent. After I purchased my vehicle I���ve had several accessories added and the employees that I���ve dealt with have just went out of there way to make sure I was satisfied.
