Prior to this trip we had a couple of frustrating visits around the same issue that they could not replicate. The running boards did not always deploy when the door was opened. On previous visits, the service rep kept telling us sorry without any solutions. On this last visit, our service rep, Mario, got GM on the phone and explained the issue. Mario was able to get GMC to go ahead and do the repair. He kept us up to date everyday and even resolved another intermittent nagging issue.

Brought GMC Canyon in for a check engine light. They diagnosed air not getting to carburetor well enough. ( another car repair entity had reinstalled the air filter backwards). Easy fix and after a quick road test I am back on the road. Problem solved. Gave me a nice car wash and vacuum as well.
