Sterling McCall Buick GMC is happy to help you custom order a Buick or GMC.
Years ago, if a car buyer was looking to make a custom order purchase, it generally meant that it was a rare (and expensive) car or they wanted something very specific. In these cases, buyers were willing to pay for the right to get something unique, even if they knew it would take additional time to complete the special order. The allure of purchasing a rare vehicle offset the extra wait time rather than just getting a car off the lot. These days the landscape has dramatically shifted. No longer are there rows of new in stock vehicles to pick from, so when you need something different, then custom ordering from the manufacturer is now your best option. If one needs a car immediately, buying from the available cars on the lot is your only choice.
The enjoyable part of custom ordering is that you can pick just the technology you need. You can choose leather seating, the big NAV screen, and AWD, and it can even be your lucky color: green! In the past, you probably would have compromised depending on the available new vehicles. You may be able to get all of the features you wanted, but it was in a color you don’t like. Or you could get All-Wheel Drive, but it had cloth seats, not leather. If you custom order, you get what you want.
On the other hand, by ordering your brand-new vehicle from the factory, you don’t pay for features you don’t want. Maybe you needed Navigation and All-Wheel Drive but didn’t care about the vehicle color or leather seats. While you may not be able to select each option ala carte, yet by custom ordering your new vehicle, you can minimize the pricey upgrades. We do suggest that you review the option packages, as they often offer the most popular upgrades combined together.
If you’re custom ordering your car, then you probably know what you want. You don’t need to spend your day comparing features, test-driving different trim levels, etc. It couldn’t be easier, just schedule some time with one of our sales professionals, and they can educate you on the custom order guide and help you figure out only what you want. When the delivery day arrives, just stop in, sign a few papers and then be on your way. Custom ordering is the new standard in the car-buying experience.
