Greg was okay and asked multiple times if any discounts and after 6 times finally said yes to $50 after spending $1500 for AC Service. Ramon Zapata checked us in and cashed us out. I felt Greg wouldn't given me a discount until I mentioned my husband was coming to pick up my car. My last service cost me $2500 and I asked about discount and received $50. When I got home and checked my mail I've received a flier which started 10% off up to $250. I didn't return back to SM because I should of checked my mail before coming. Also, Greg sent the email with details of work and costs but never responded so after calling with no answer we drove to SM after 6pm and you were closed. WTH no call from Greg and the following morning he said the part would arrive after 1pm. When we arrived he was on the phone and Ramon Zapata, very professional, took us into his office. My husband and Ramon talked and my husband asked if you have a military discount. Ramon was very Thankful for my husband service and offered us 10% discount and I saved $150.00. Thank you Ramon and Greg needs training on customer service and phone edicts. If a customers car is not ready the same day please notify the customer. Thank God I was laid off so I didn't my vehicle for work.
